Warm the milk (in the microwave or saucepan) and add the cocoa. Mix well, sprinkle in the almond flour, and it's done.
Almond is nice in hot milk too. Adjust the amount of almond flour needed.
Warm the milk in the microwave, add the cocoa and mix. Then, add the almond flour and 1 teaspoon of katakuriko, and mix well.
The almond flour will rise to the top. It will harden if you add it at the start and heat it in the microwave, so I recommend adding it at the end.
Story Behind this Recipe
My husband likes anything with almond so we add it to coffee, black tea, hot chocolate and matcha, etc. Eating a handful of almonds every day is very good for your appearance and digestion. They're an essential ingredient for my husband.
It is nice in coffee, too. The aroma is better if you use unpeeled almonds, so if you are milling them, do so with the skins. If you don't have any almond powder, add crushed almonds. Put in a bag and hit them with a rolling pin or chop finely with a knife.
