Goes Great with Rice! Super Easy Spicy Beef Fry

A fast dish that you only need to fry. With its rich flavor, it goes well with rice and alcohol.

Ingredients: Serves 2-3

Beef thin cut (trimmings or offcuts are fine)
Oil (for frying)
1 tablespoon (not needed if using a Teflon-coated pan)
For the dipping sauce:
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
☆Garlic (grated)
1 clove
Japanese leek stalks (minced)
about 20cm
☆White sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
☆Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
☆Red chili pepper (thinly sliced)
☆Black pepper
5 shakes
★Gochujang (optional)
about 1 teaspoon as desired

1. Mince the onions. Remove the seeds from the chili and slice into rounds. Add all of the ☆ ingredients listed for the dipping sauce and mix.
2. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and mix well with the sauce, kneading lightly. Allow to soak for 15 minutes.
3. Oil a pan (if necessary) and fry the beef over medium heat while separating the pieces.
4. Once the liquid has evaporated, it's finished!
5. I tried topping with chopped green onions, white leek and shredded red chili peppers.
6. Bulgogi version: I tried making bulgogi with the vegetables soaked together with the meat. The onion, carrot, and green pepper were all minced.
