I don't drain the tofu because it is a pain, but if you do, it will be slightly firmer and creamier. I didn't drain the tofu for the cream in the top photo.
Mix the bean paste into the smooth tofu, and it's done.

I wanted to eat cream that was as low in calories as possible. Bean paste has lots of fibre, and it's healthier than eating cake.
All you need is tofu and bean paste Add mizuame starch if you don't like the taste and smell of the tofu. I don't add sugar because I want to keep the calorie count low, but add some if you prefer it a little sweeter.
