Avocado and Crab Stick Hors D'oeuvre

When you need one more simple side dish, use this recipe for a crab stick and avocado hors d'oeuvre. Treat yourself to this refreshing taste.


Crab sticks
○ Vinegar
1 tablespoon
○ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
○ Olive oil (or vegetable oil of your choice)
2 teaspoons
○ Lemon juice
2 teaspoons


1. Blend together the ○ ingredients.
2. Peel the skin of the avocado, remove the pit, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the avocado and crab sticks on a plate, pour the dressing on top, then serve.
