Avocado and Tofu Hand Rolled Sushi

The tofu and avocado are healthy and filling for a simple mama's meal. Avocado is filled with beauty enhancing nutrients. The tofu has plenty of protein.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Avocado
1/2
Tofu
1/4 block ~
Salt
a small amount
Toasted nori seaweed
to taste
Sushi rice
Just under one small rice bowl
Soy sauce with wasabi
as needed

Steps

1. Mix the vinegar with the rice and set aside. You can optionally add sugar or salt too.
2. Mash together the avocado and tofu, and sprinkle with a small amount of salt.
3. Wrap up in the toasted nori, dip in the soy sauce with wasabi, and enjoy.
