Raw Food Quick Soy Milk Mayonnaise

Easy and healthy Here's a recipe for vegetarian mayonnaise that even raw foodists can enjoy.


Soy milk
50 ml
Canola Oil
100 ml
Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
1/3 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
to your liking


1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing cup in order to use the stick blender.
2. Insert the stick blender all the way down to the bottom of the mixing cup.
3. It will begin to emulsify as if forming a cloud as soon as you start blending.
4. It will turn white and creamy quite quickly. Move the blender up and down to emulsify all the oil on the surface to finish.

I learned this soy milk mayonnaise at my cooking class. I altered it to fit my taste. It's so delicious, creamy, and light without any egg yolk!
