Put all the ☆ ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Add the canola oil and maple syrup and mix evenly until everything is combined.
Piece the dough on the kitchen bench top, and roll it over to 5 mm thick.
Cut into around 2 x 3 cm pieces. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes first and turn them over. Then bake another 15 minutes.

I wanted to make black tea cookies.
You don't have to knead the dough. Just form it into a ball. It is delicious to have crunchness from the almonds, so please not to crush them too fine. If you don't want to leave the black tea texture in the cookies, grind the tea leaves to your liking.
