You can easily make deep-fried flounder fish in a frying pan.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Flounder fish
2 fillets
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Katakuriko
to taste
Lemon (optional)
1/8
Oil
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and coat with katakuriko.
2. Pour the oil into a heated frying pan and fry the fillets over medium heat for 2 minutes.
3. Turn them over, making sure they don't break up, and fry for another 2 minutes.
4. Turn down the heat to low, and fry each side for another 2 minutes.
5. Turn up the heat again to medium, and fry both sides until crispy.
