Our Family's Ham Cutlets

When finished, the crunch and savoury flavor permeates the dish. Delicious even when cold, so putting a little cutlet into your bento works great.

Ingredients: 4 servings

18 slices
Panko (to coat the meatballs)
as needed
(A) Beaten egg
(A) White flour
enough to thicken the egg
(A) Water
enough for egg batter


1. Group 3 pieces of ham and slice into half.
2. In a bowl, mix the ingredients labeled (A), and dip the groups of ham slices one-by-one. Then press the panko on top.
3. Fry in oil, then drain on old newspapers or ads.
