Simple! Fluffy and Moist French Toast

I made a simple, fluffy, and moist French toast that can be made in a jiffy! Make it for breakfast! For a snack! Go ahead and douse it with syrup!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Sliced bread
2 slices
100 ml
☆Vanilla essence/extract
2 or 3 drops
to taste
Maple syrup
to taste


1. Add the ☆ ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until the egg white membrane is broken and the mixture is smooth!
2. Cut the bread slices in half.
3. Soak both sides of the bread in the mixture from Step 1. Once most of the mixture has been absorbed, melt some butter in a frying pan.
4. Slowly fry the bread on medium-low heat until it becomes golden brown on both sides.
5. Once fried, transfer to a plate. Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
