Steak Sauce with Shallots and Wine

This sauce is excellent with meat!
Even though it's easy, it's got an irresistible taste!

Ingredients: about 6 servings

Shallots (or 150 g spring onions and 50~80 g garlic)
200 g
Chicken soup
100 ml
Red wine
100 ml
Balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons
Garlic
1 clove
Rosemary
1 sprig
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Butter
10 g
Black pepper
a small amount
The juice from the meat after cooking it

Steps

1. Put the olive oil and finely chopped shallots in a pot. Sauté over medium-high heat until browned.
2. Add the smashed garlic, rosemary, and black pepper. Continue to saute for a few minutes, being careful not to let it burn. Add the Balsamic vinegar and wine and continue to cook for a few minutes.
3. Add the soup and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove the rosemary and garlic. Simmer for another 10 minutes, then season with the butter and salt.
