Juicy Steak Rolls Made Easy with Thinly Sliced Beef

Juicy Steak Rolls Made Easy with Thinly Sliced Beef

I stacked up some thinly sliced beef to make steak rolls. This is a great everyday meal or a treat for special occasions, and it is made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients: About 2 servings

Thinly sliced beef
About 250 g
Cake flour (optional)
About 1/2 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Beef fat (if you have some leftover from a previous dish)
A small amount
Échalote wine sauce
Recipe ID: 2117295

1. Spread out two slices of beef on top of a clean surface, and sprinkle with cake flour. (Spread it out evenly with a tea strainer if possible.)
2. Roll it up carefully. Line up both ends for a nicer result.
3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 until the rolls reach your desired thickness, and secure the overlaps with flour dissolved in water.
4. Chill it in the fridge if you have the time (to make it easier to cut), cut into your desired portion sizes, and season with salt and pepper right before frying.
5. Melt the beef fat in a frying pan, and cook over a medium strong heat until it changes color all over.
6. Top with your favorite sauce, and it is ready. Use (Recipe ID: 2117295) as a sauce, and (Recipe ID: 2117380) for a side dish.

Story Behind this Recipe

I suddenly received a request for steak and didn't have any, so I rolled up some thinly sliced meat to make it.

It has a nice texture in your mouth, and since I always have thinly sliced meat and it's easy to do, I often make it.

The recipe is simple, so please have fun making it in various arrangements.
