Put the margarine in a heat resistant container and microwave for 20 seconds.
Add the brown sugar and the butter from step 1 to a bowl and use a rubber spatula to mix well.
Add the egg and mix well.
Add the cake flour and baking powder and mix well.
Add the milk, and mix carefully to avoid clumping.
Take 10 g of the mixture from step 5 and place in a separate container. Add the cocoa powder and mix well.
Place the mixture from step 5 into silicon or aluminum cups, and fill to about half way.
Take a little of the mixture from step 6, place on top of the cups from step 7, and use a toothpick to make a heart shape.
Bake in the oven at 170℃ for 8 minutes.

I wanted to make these for my husband who dislikes sweets.
The baking time may vary depending on the microwave/oven used. Please adjust the sweetness to your liking. A faint trace of the baking powder taste remains. If you dislike it please adjust accordingly.
