Easy Chicken Tenders and Cream Spaghetti

Easy and richly flavoured. Here's some chicken tender pasta coated in a creamy sauce. Even though the ingredients for this recipe are few, you will find it very satisfying.

Ingredients: 1 serving (or multiply the recipe for more servings)

1 serving
1 teaspoon
Chicken tenders (shredded)
200 ml
Butter or margarine
about 10 g
White flour
1 tablespoon
Soup stock cube
1 cube
to taste
Parsley (finely chopped)
to taste

1. Prep the chicken tenders according to the recipe below. It should take about 10 minutes. Recipe ID: 2106830
2. Prepare a lot of water to boil the pasta. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions.
3. While the pasta is boiling... Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add flour and dissolve it thoroughly in the butter.
4. Add the soup stock cube and milk to the roux created in Step 3. (Stir the soup stock cube as it dissolves to prevent lumps from forming).
5. When the soup stock is dissolved, and the sauce has thickened, add the chicken tenders.
6. When the spaghetti has boiled, remove from the boiling water and place it directly into the pan. (By adding it directly to the pan, you will also add in a little of the boiling water.)
7. When the pasta and sauce are thoroughly mixed, the recipe is done.
8. Serve the pasta on a plate and garnish with the chopped parsley for a nice touch.
