Easy Tofu and Nametake Mushrooms Rice Bowl with Soft-Poached Egg

Top the ingredients over rice for an easy dish. Since you are using lots of nametake mushrooms, you won't need seasonings.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Tofu (silken)
1/4 block
Nametake mushrooms
2-3 tablespoons
Soft poached egg

Plain cooked rice
1 rice bowl worth (150 g)
Green onions (optional)
a small amount

Steps

1. Begin by preparing your soft-poached egg. You can finish the remaining steps while letting the egg cook and rest.
2. I used homemade nametake mushrooms (Recipe ID: 2113402).
3. Crumble the tofu.
4. Serve the freshly cooked rice in a bowl, and top with the crumbled tofu on top.
5. Put nametame mushrooms on top.
6. Then, drop the soft-poached egg in the middle.
7. Sprinkle on green onions if you have some, and it's done.
