Seasonal Kumquat Jam

It's troublesome to pit the kumquats, but afterward you only have to simmer the ingredients. This jam is very easy to make.

Ingredients: 800 g

800 g
200 g (25%)
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
240 ml (30%)


1. Take the cap off of the kumquats with a spoon. Wash the kumquats well.
2. Cut into half so that they're easy to pit.
3. Put a strainer on top of a bowl, and squeeze the kumquats to pit.
4. Add the kumquats and other ingredients in a pot.
5. Heat on medium, and simmer while stirring to prevent scorching. Take out any scum that forms while simmering.
6. The jam is ready when it reaches your desired consistency.
