Baked Doughnuts for your Kids

I wanted to make healthy snacks for my kids that don't call for much oil. They're easy to make, so you and your kids can have fun making them together.
1 doughnut = 65 kcals.

Ingredients: 6 doughnuts in a 7 cm diameter silicon doughnut pan

Cake flour
60 g
Baking powder
2 g
20 g
Yogurt (unsweetened)
30 g


1. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
2. Add all ingredients except for the yogurt to a bowl and whisk. When it's well blended, add the yogurt and mix until there are no more lumps.
3. Pour into the pan and smooth out the batter. Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes.
4. After the doughnuts cool, remove them from the pan. They should come out clean, but if you think they will stick to the pan, grease the pan with butter.

Story Behind this Recipe

My 3-year-old loves doughnuts.
But fried doughnuts are high in calories, and I didn't want to give them to her every day, so I came up with these doughnuts that are really low in sugar and butter.
