Easy Tarako Spaghetti With Just A Few Ingredients

Rich tasting and made in no time.

Ingredients: 1 serving

100 g
♦ Tarako (salt cured cod or pollack roe)
2 to 3 sacs
♦ Milk
3 tablespoons
♦ Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons
♦ Butter or margarine
1 pat
Olive oil (for stir frying)
As needed


1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain.
2. Mix the ♦ ingredients together.
3. Heat a frying pan and add some olive oil. Add the pasta and half of the combined ingredients from step 2 and stir fry until everything is well mixed.
4. Transfer to a serving plate.
5. Add the rest of the sauce on top. Now we're done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had this at my office cafeteria, and it was so good I asked for the recipe.
Their version had so many ingredients that it was complicated, so I did some experiments of my own. I found that it didn't taste that different with less ingredients, so I decided to upload my version.
