Easy Silken Tofu Doughnuts

It's too easy!! This is a recipe for irresistible chewy doughnuts with crispy exterior.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings (shown in the photo)

All-purpose flour
120 g
Baking powder
5 g
55 g
Silken tofu
120 g


1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the silken tofu while crushing it with your hands into the Step 1 bowl.
3. Bring the ingredients together using a rubber spatula. Heat the oil to 170℃.
4. Once the oil heats up to the right temperature, prepare bite-sized scoops of dough with a spoon and drop them into the hot oil!
5. Deep-fry until golden and it is done.
