Quick, Easy, Rich and Tasty Pork Belly Curry Soup

This is an easy and quick soup you can make whenever you want it, or when you need one more item for dinner! Children love this warm soup too. Great for breakfast on busy mornings, or for lunch.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork belly
50 g
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
Curry powder
2 1/2 teaspoons
Water
500 ml
Soup stock granules
2 1/2 teaspoons
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Additions (example):
Bean sprouts
100 g

Steps

1. Wash the bean sprouts quickly and drain well. Cut the pork up into small pieces.
2. Heat up the oil in a small pan and stir-fry the pork. When the meat changes color, add the bean sprouts and stir fry lightly.
3. Add the curry powder and stir-fry while mixing it with the other ingredients.
4. Add 1/3 of the water and mix lightly.
5. Add the rest of the water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and add the soup stock granules and soy sauce.
6. Mix lightly, simmer for a bit and turn off the heat. Done!
7. Ladle into bowls and enjoy.
