Put the chicken breast in a heat proof container and rub in the ingredients marked ◎. Leave the chicken at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to season. I used 2 chicken breasts (330 g) this time.
Cover it loosely with plastic wrap and microwave it at 500W for 3 and a half minutes, or at 600W for 3 minutes. Adjust the time as necessary for your microwave.
Cut the chicken into 1 cm thick slices, and serve.
It's tasty with a sauce made with olive oil, yuzu pepper, sugar, soy sauce and salt.
For the next day's breakfast: butter roll sandwiches with lettuce and mayo.
It is also good in buns.

I had 1 chicken breast, and I didn't want it to go to waste. I referred Chinami Hamauchi's recipe 'Tender Steamed Chicken Breast', and I arranged the seasonings.
If you season it well to start, it's tasty even with no sauce. Serve this with mushrooms or vegetables for a good nutritious balance. This chicken can be used for a salad, for sandwiches, or for other dishes.
