Crush the almonds into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Put all the ☆ ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add canola oil and maple syrup and combine evenly until it all comes together with your hands.
Place on a kitchen bench top and roll it to about 5 mm thick. Cut into 2 x 3 cm pieces.
Put them on a baking tray and bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for 15 minutes at first. Then, turn them over and bake for another 15 minutes.

I was thinking about what goes well with almond and tried it with coffee. It turned out great.
It is very delicious with an almond texture, so please try not to crush it too finely. Other than that, there is no special hint. Please adjust the ratio of cake flour and whole wheat flour to suit your taste.
