This is a fluffy, moist, oil-free cake I finally figured out the "Golden Ratio."

Ingredients: 17 cm diameter chiffon cake

Egg

Sugar
70 g
Milk
60 g
Cake flour
60 g

Steps

1. The way to make it is the same as normal chiffon cake. Preheat the oven to 160℃, bake for 35 minutes.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to eat some soufflé, but I can't do a water bath in my oven. So, I came up with a soufflé-style chiffon that didn't require a water bath. We like this better than normal chiffon cake.
