Easy Chirashi Sushi

Easy Chirashi Sushi

I didn't really have anything at my house, but by using leftovers in the refrigerator and freezer, I made this easy and delicious dish.

Ingredients: 2 generous servings

Plain cooked rice
1 rice cooker measure cup (180 ml)
Sushi vinegar (Recipe ID: 2082302)
2 tablespoons
White sesame seeds
about 1 tablespoon
Inari skins (Recipe ID: 2087325)
Fresh salmon filet
1 filet
Thin green onions

1. Mix 2 tablespoons of the sushi vinegar with the rice, then mix in 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and the chopped inari skin.
2. Make an egg crepe, then cook the salmon in the frying pan without washing it first. Slice the egg crepe into thin strips, then finely chop the salmon. Chop the thin green onions into small pieces.
3. Mix the rice up with the eggs, salmon, and green onions and serve.

Story Behind this Recipe
