Simmered Beef and Shimeji Mushrooms for Bento

I added shimeji mushrooms in simmered beef!!
The beef is marinated the night before, so you just need to cook it though in the morning.
It's great when making a bento box in the morning since it's easy.

Ingredients

Beef trimmings or offcuts
200 g
Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 pack
A
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sake
2 tablespoons
Mirin
2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Marinate the beef with the A seasonings overnight. Shred the shimeji mushrooms in small pieces and wash.
2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add shimeji and beef with the marinade and cook though.
