Soup stock granules (Consommé bouillon granules or powder)
For the water used to boil the pasta:
Coarsely ground black pepper
as much as you like
Boil water to cook the pasta. Once the water comes to a boil, add salt and pasta, and cook the pasta.
While waiting for the water to boil, slice the onions thinly, and cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the frying pan, drizzle on vegetable oil (not listed in the ingredients list), stir fry the chicken thigh, and once the chicken is cooked halfway through, add the onion.
When the chicken and the onion are cooked through, sprinkle on flour, and stir fry until everything is blended well. As long as you combine the ingredients thoroughly at this point, you won't end up with clumps.
Once the flour has blended in, pour in the milk, add the soup stock granules, and simmer until it thickens.
Once the sauce thickens, season with salt and pepper (not listed in the ingredients list).
Drain the water from the pasta, transfer the pasta to a serving plate, pour the sauce over the pasta, and garnish with coarsely ground black pepper to finish.
