Easy in the Microwave Chewy Okara Dumplings

These are chewy microwaveable okara dumplings that only take 10 minutes to make.
Great for hot pots, to place in soups, or just to enjoy a filling snack while you are on a diet.

Ingredients

Fresh okara
200 g
Katakuriko
100 g
Water
150ml
Salt
3 g
Bonito flavored dashi stock granules
6 g (1 packet)

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Wrap the dough tightly to prevent it from drying out, and microwave it for 3 minutes at 600 W.
3. Remove it from the microwave. Put your hands in plastic bags and knead it until springy.
4. Wrap tightly once more and microwave for 2 minutes.
5. Use plastic wrap to roll the dough into balls while still warm. All done.
