Ingredients

Chrysanthemum leaves
1 bunch
Young green scallions
to taste
Natto (fermented soy beans)
1 pack
White sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
to taste

Steps

1. Mince the scallions.
2. Parboil the chrysanthemum leaves. Boil for 1 minute, then chill in water.
3. Squeeze out excess water from the chrysanthemum leaves, then finely chop.
4. Combine the natto, scallions, and chrysanthemum leaves in a bowl, add soy sauce and white sesame seeds, and mix.
5. Voila!!
