Easy Apple Pie

These easy pies contain caramelized apple and are packed with its deliciousness.

Ingredients: 4 pies

Frozen puff pastry
2 sheets
Caramelized apple
Recipe ID: 1913062
Egg yolk


1. Make the caramelized apple (Recipe ID: 1913062) and set aside to cool.
2. Leave the pastry at room temperature for 10 minutes, cut each into 4 and stretch slightly with a rolling pin. Roll out the top sheets slightly larger.
3. Put several small cuts in the top sheets. If you are using homemade pastry, pierce the bottom sheets several times with a fork.
4. Pour the chilled caramelized apple into the centre of the sheets. Pour in generous amount. It will be tastier.
5. Cover with the top sheets and push the edges with a fork to seal. Coat the surface with beaten egg yolk.
6. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200℃, and they're done.
