Creamy Chinese Cabbage Stew with 15 Minutes

Cut, throw in a pot, cook, and stir; you'll be done in 15 minutes!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chinese cabbage
4-5 leaves
2 cm
Mushrooms (whatever you have)
1 handful
500 ml
・Consommé soup stock
1 bag powdered
・Chicken soup stock granules
1 rounded teaspoon
・Salt and pepper
a small amount
3 tablespoons


1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into 1 cm strips.
2. Slice the onion and carrot into strips.
3. Wash the mushrooms.
4. Fry the vegetables in a frying pan.
5. Once wilted, turn off the heat. Add the seasoning ingredients and the flour. Stir (mix well).
6. Over medium heat, add the milk, a little at a time, until it's thick and creamy, then it's done.
