Tofu Salad with Okra and Tomato

This is a tofu salad, but its main ingredients are vegetables. Firm tofu is best in salads.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Firm tofu
1 block
Okra
1 bag
Tomato
1 large
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
The juice from grated ginger
1 tablespoon
Chopped scallions
Plenty

Steps

1. Put a plate on top of the firm tofu, and drain excess water. Chop the okra and tomato into pieces, and pour over the sauce. The sauce ingredients are 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, and chopped scallions.
