Cilantro Chicken Burgers

These contain tofu for a healthy, fluffy and delicious burger. The cilantro is utterly addictive.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Ground chicken
approx. 220 g
Firm tofu
1/4 block
Green onion (finely chopped)
1/4
Cilantro (roughly chopped)
1 stalk - to taste
☆The juice from grated ginger
a small amount
☆ Fish sauce
1 tablespoon
☆Egg
1/2
☆Katakuriko
2 tablespoons
Lemon
to taste

Steps

1. Here are the ingredients for this recipe. The tofu weighed 100 g before draining.
2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add the tofu, green onion and coriander, in that order, and mix well.
3. Add the ingredients marked with ☆, mix well, and shape into balls (this should make 8-12 patties.)
4. Add some vegetable oil to a frying pan and cook the burgers until browned and cooked through to the middle and they're done.
5. Squeeze over some lemon juice as a finishing touch. If the taste is a bit thin for you, then try seasoning with some salt, ponzu or fish sauce.
