Stir-fried Bok Choy with Salt and Garlic

These are Chinese-style stir-fried greens. They're delicious and have a great garlicky flavor.

Ingredients: Serves 2

Bok choy
2 small heads
Garlic
3 cloves
☆Water
100ml
☆Salt
1/2 teaspoon
☆Chicken stock powder
less than 1 teaspoon
☆Pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Cut the bok choy in half. Slice the garlic thickly.
2. Mix the ingredients marked with ☆.
3. Stir-fry the garlic in sesame oil.
4. When the garlic is fragrant, add the bok choy and turn the heat to high.
5. Add the ingredients marked with ☆ as soon as the bok choy starts to be cooked.
6. Turn the heat off when the bok choy is still crunchy.
