Hawaiian Acai Bowl

Acai bowl is a popular breakfast item in Hawaii! It's an easy dish that's almost like a dessert, but also full of nutrition (polyphenol and iron).

Ingredients: 1 serving

Acai (frozen)
1 package (100 g)
Banana
1
Soy milk or milk
100 ml
Granola
as needed
Frozen mixed berries
as needed
Honey
to taste ☆

Steps

1. Put half of the banana and 100 ml of soy milk into a blender and switch it on.
2. Once the banana and soy milk have blended, cut the acai into fourths, add to the mixture, and blend.
3. Once the mixture has the consistency of a smoothie, transfer it a bowl.
4. Thinly slice the remaining 1/2 banana.
5. Dress up with the granola, mixed berries, and sliced banana. Then, top with honey to taste.
6. The taste will vary depending on the type and amount of granola, as well as the ripeness of your banana. Experiment with various ways of making this acai bowl!
