Onigiri Rice Balls with Takuan and Mayonnaise

Ingredients: 1 Ball

Hot cooked rice
As needed
Takuan
1 slice
Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
Bonito flakes
1 handful
Nori seaweed
To your liking

Steps

1. Chop the takuan roughly.
2. Combine rice, takuan, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes. Mix thoroughly, and form into rice balls to finish. Wrap up with nori if you'd like.
