Daikon Radish and Tuna Salad with Wasabi Mayonnaise

An easy mayonnaise salad with a bite of wasabi.

Ingredients

Daikon radish
1/2
Canned tuna (small)
1 can
Green onion (thinly sliced)
A small amount
Mayonnaise
To taste
Wasabi paste
To taste
Soy sauce
A small amount
Salt
To taste

Steps

1. Slice the daikon radish thinly, and cut into 1 cm matchsticks.
2. Sprinkle salt on the daikon. When they wilt, squeeze out the water.
3. Combine the daikon with drained tuna and green onion. Add mayonnaise, wasabi and soy sauce and mix well.
4. Taste, and add a little salt if needed.
