Baked Salmon with Yogurt

Ingredients: 4 servings

Salmon fillets
For the sauce:
Plain yogurt (unsweetened) or sour cream
4 tablespoons
Mayonnaise, grainy mustard, heavy cream (or light cream)
2 tablespoons each
Salt, pepper, sugar
1 pinch each
1 teaspoon


1. Mix all ingredients for the sauce.
2. Align the salmon on an oven-safe dish. Spoon the sauce evenly on top of the salmon.
3. In a 400°F/200°C oven, bake for 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked and golden brown.
