Egg and Wakame Oyster and Ponzu Soup

It's a hearty soup seasoned with ponzu and oyster sauce. You can make it easily in 10 minutes even on a busy morning!

Ingredients: 3 servings

Wakame seaweed
as needed
★ Water
2 cups (400 ml)
★ Chinese soup stock
1 teaspoon
★ Grated ginger
as needed
★ Ponzu
2 tablespoons
★ Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Ground sesame seeds
to taste


1. Add all the ★ ingredients in a pot and turn on the heat. If the wakame seaweed needs to be rehydrate it, soak it in a bowl of water. Beat the egg.
2. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, add the wakame seaweed, and swirl in the beaten egg. Drizzle in the sesame oil at the end and turn off the heat.
3. Serve it into a bowl, sprinkle on the ground sesame seeds and it is done.
