Macrobiotic Tofu Chocolate Cream

So tasty that you won't believe it's tofu. Spread this on bread or use as a filling in cake.

Ingredients: easy to make amount

Drained silken tofu
half block (about 150 g)
25-30 g
Cocoa powder
20 g


1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it becomes a paste.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to make something for my kids to spread on bread. I based it on some other recipes, but reduced the amount of honey and cocoa power for a cheap yet tasty recipe.
