Easy Shimeji Mushroom and Clear Egg Soup By Sanipan

This is a clear soup that's easy to make, so you can have it every day! It's a delicious soup that can be made in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Shimeji mushrooms
1 packet
Egg
1
Dried or fresh chopped green onions
to taste
Water
600 ml
Dashi stock granules
2/3 teaspoon
Sake
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Bring the water to a boil. Add the dashi stock granules.
2. Add the shimeji mushrooms.
3. When the shimeji mushrooms have wilted, add the sake.
4. Add the soy sauce.
5. Add the salt and mix.
6. Drizzle in the beaten egg little by little while mixing.
7. Done!
8. Sprinkle with dried or fresh chopped green onions, and serve!
