This Goes Well with Rice! Cabbage and Pork Miso Stir-Fry

This is a miso stir-fry with lots of cabbage; this is that one dish that you'll eat lots of cabbage when you have an abundance. It's simple, so definitely give it a try.

Ingredients: 4~5 people

Cabbage
1/2 head
Pork offcuts
200 g
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
Tubed garlic
About 5 cm
Sauce mixture:
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sake
2 tablespoons
Light brown sugar
1 tablespoon
Miso
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Make the flavoring sauce. Put in soy sauce--
2. Add sake--
3. Add brown sugar--
4. Add the miso--
5. And mix well.
6. Roughly chop the cabbage.
7. Place garlic in a frying pan, and turn on the heat.
8. After the garlic is aromatic, add the meat. Turn the heat to high.
9. Sauté until the meat changes color--
10. Add the flavoring sauce. Keep it at a high heat.
11. Sauté for a bit--
12. Toss in the cabbage. Keep the heat high.
13. Sauté until the cabbage wilts, coat in the sauce, and it's done!
14. Arrange on a plate and it's done!
