as needed
Asparagus (or any vegetable you like)
2 cloves
●Soy sauce
1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon
●Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
a pinch

1. Cut the pork into suitable sizes. Season with salt and pepper. Coat with katakuriko lightly.
2. Cut the asparagus into 4 pieces diagonally, which makes them easier to cook. Slice the garlic. Mix all ● ingredients.
3. Heat oil in a wok, fry the asparagus quickly, and transfer to a plate.
4. Heat oil in the wok again, and cook the garlic, then add the pork.
5. When the pork has browned, add the asparagus, and pour ● sauce.
