English Muffin Avocado Sandwich

If you want to eat avocado on bread or toast, you must try this!! It's so much better than normal bread.

Ingredients

Avocado
1/2
Shrimp
5 (as many as you like)
Black pepper
A generous amount ☆
Garlic powder
A small amount
Lemon juice (I use Pokka Lemon)
1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
English muffin

Steps

1. Cut the avocado in half and sprinkle lemon juice. If you aren't consuming the other half, leave the stone to prevent it from going black.
2. Mince the cut avocado with a knife, and sprinkle black pepper. Sprinkle garlic powder as well if you have it.
3. Coat the avocado mixture with katakuriko, add the boiled shrimp and mayonnaise, and it's done. Top on the English muffins.

Story Behind this Recipe

I'm not so keen on avocado on toast, but I really wanted to eat avocado and bread. I made it with various kinds of bread, and the English muffin version was by far the best! My younger brother's wife is from Peru, and she said that Peruvians would love this too!
