Chicken Wings & Eggs Simmered in Sweet and Sour Sauce

Soft and glossy chicken and eggs. It's got a good flavor, and goes great with rice!

Ingredients: 15 chicken wings

Chicken wings
Boiled eggs
6 (or as desired)
Garlic (sliced)
1 clove
○Soy sauce
50 ml
50 ml
50 ml
2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
as needed

1. Heat up a pot, add some vegetable oil, and thoroughly brown the chicken wings.
2. Once the chicken wings have browned add the ○ ingredients and the garlic and cover with a lid. Once it comes to a boil reduce to low heat and let cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add the boiled eggs, cover with the lid again, and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
4. Remove the lid and continue to simmer on medium heat until the juices have evaporated. During the process mix the chicken wings and eggs in a top/bottom motion so they are coated with juices.
5. Once everything is glossy it's complete.
6. Transfer to a serving plate to finish. It's best served warm, but it's also delicious chilled!
