Egg-Free Pancakes

Egg-free! For children allergic to eggs! I also recommend these for toddlers who are learning to eat with their hands.

Ingredients: Three 18 cm pancakes

Pancake mix
200 g
Yogurt (I use one container of Danone Bio brand)
80 g
Milk or soy milk
120 ml


1. Combine the yogurt and milk (or soy milk) in a bowl and mix.
2. Add the pancake mix and briskly mix. Don't over-mix! You can leave a few lumps.
3. Then all you have to do is make them in a frying pan Be sure not to under-bake them; bake them all the way through!

Story Behind this Recipe

I made these since my daughter is allergic to eggs. I came up with this recipe after a lot of trial and error, so I decided to post it for my own reference.
