Easy Ginger Pork

Easy Ginger Pork

Just pan-fry the pork and mix with the sauce! You can make this in a flash.
The sweet and salty ginger sauce will really whet your appetite.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Sliced pork loin, or thinly sliced pork loin
about 200 g
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Plain flour
as needed
For the sauce:
☆ Sugar
1/2 tablespoon
☆ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
☆ Sake
1 tablespoon
☆ Mirin
1 tablespoon
☆ Grated ginger
1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Season the pork with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with plain flour.
2. Combine the sauce ingredients.
3. Heat a frying pan, add a little oil, and pan-fry the pork. When it's golden brown, turn it over, and pan-fry.
4. Transfer the pan-fried pork to a plate.
5. In the same frying pan, add the sauce from Step 2, and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, put the pork back into the pan, and coat with the sauce.
6. Transfer the pork to a serving plate, garnish with vegetables of your choice, such as cabbage, and it's ready.
