Healthy Oven-Baked Chicken Tender Cheese-Fry

Healthy Oven-Baked Chicken Tender Cheese-Fry

To explain, this is a sloppy but effortless chicken tender fry. But since you don't fry it, and it's only coated with bread crumbs on one side, it's pretty healthy.

Ingredients: 1 plate worth

3 (about 200 g)
Salt and pepper
to taste
Sliced cheese
2 slices
2 tablespoons
* Panko
15 g

2. Put the chicken on a heat-resistant plate and place the cheese slices on top.
3. Apply mayonnaise thoroughly and evenly.
4. Combine the * ingredients.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had chicken tenderloins, so I thought to fry them stuffed with cheese, but thinking about stuffing the cheese, coating, and then frying… just seemed like too much work. So instead of stuffing, coating, and frying I just baked it in the oven.
Hey, this way is healthy, so let's just say this works, lol.
