Remove the sinews from the chicken tenders, insert cuts, pound it to flatten, and stretch out the pieces. Then cut into bite-sized pieces and flavor with salt and pepper.

Story Behind this Recipe
I had chicken tenderloins, so I thought to fry them stuffed with cheese, but thinking about stuffing the cheese, coating, and then frying… just seemed like too much work. So instead of stuffing, coating, and frying I just baked it in the oven. Hey, this way is healthy, so let's just say this works, lol.
Mayonnaise works as a substitute for flour and eggs. Use reduced calorie mayonnaise to make it even more healthy.
