This is a nice flavor that's very tasty.
For days when you have plenty of spinach on hand, but want to eat it differently to keep from getting sick of it. This time, I stewed it with freeze-dried tofu.
Adjust the amount of salt to taste, from 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon. Don't reconstitute the freeze-dried tofu with boiled water.It will break apart when stewing.
