Nutritious Milk Rice Porridge in 10 Minutes

This dish will also help you fight off a cold! It has a delicious miso and chicken base. Great not only for cold days but for busy mornings and afternoons that call for something simple.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Hot cooked rice
2 bowls
400 ml
Beaten egg
2 tablespoons
◎Chicken soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
600 ml
★Wiener sausages (diagonally sliced)
4 tablespoons
Dry parsley (if available)
a dash


1. Put the rice and water into a pot and turn on the heat. When it comes to a boil, add the eggs.
2. Add the ◎ ingredients and dissolve the miso.
3. Add the ★ ingredients, and it's finished when the rice thickens to your liking.
