Easy Breakfast in the Microwave! Melted Baked Cheese Rice

Steps

1. Cut the vegetables and sausage into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put Step 1 into a heatproof dish (like a gratin pan), add the ☆ ingredients, and lightly mix. Microwave at 500 W for 3 minutes.
3. Put the rice in the center and top with cheese. Bake in an oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
4. By putting the melted, baked cheese into the piping hot soup and rice, you can easily eat this dish. Even if you're not hungry when you start, you'll gobble it right up!

I adapted my baked pot-au-feu recipe into an easy microwave and oven version. I added some rice to it so it's quick to eat. This one dish is packed with nutrition to keep you healthy and happy.
